Description
Officially Licensed HSC-6 Indians Sticker — Knighthawks of the Rescue Mission
The Indians of HSC-6 have been pulling pilots from the water and Marines from hot zones since the Sea King era.
Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 6 (HSC-6), the Indians, is a U.S. Navy helicopter squadron with a legacy stretching back to their days flying the H-3 Sea King in the combat search and rescue and anti-submarine warfare roles. Today HSC-6 operates the MH-60S Knighthawk, conducting vertical replenishment, combat search and rescue, special warfare support, and maritime strike missions as part of the carrier air wing. The transition from the venerable Sea King to the versatile Knighthawk expanded the squadron’s mission set while preserving its core identity as a unit that gets people out of harm’s way when it matters most.
Perfect For: HSC-6 Indians veterans, H-3 Sea King and MH-60S aircrew, combat search and rescue professionals, carrier air wing members, and Navy helicopter collectors.
From Sea Kings to Knighthawks — always on the rescue.
