Description
Legacy US Customs Marine Enforcement Patch
Before CBP, before DHS — U.S. Customs marine enforcement officers ran the waterways.
The U.S. Customs Service Marine Enforcement program was the maritime arm of federal customs enforcement before the creation of the Department of Homeland Security in 2003. Customs marine officers patrolled ports, harbors, coastal waters, and inland waterways, interdicting drug smuggling, contraband, and undocumented entry by vessel. This legacy patch preserves the insignia of that era — before it all became CBP Air and Marine Operations.
Perfect For:
Legacy U.S. Customs marine officers, CBP maritime enforcement veterans, federal LE historians, and vintage law enforcement patch collectors.
