Air support over the Four Corners — covering one of the most remote jurisdictions in New Mexico.
The San Juan County Sheriff’s Department Air Support Unit provides aerial law enforcement over the rugged terrain of northwestern New Mexico, including the Four Corners region, the Navajo Nation, and the vast stretches of high desert, mesas, and river valleys that make ground-only response impractical. This is the current operational patch for the unit.
