Originally commissioned as HMM-365 in 1962, the Blue Knights have deployed in support of operations across the globe — from Vietnam to Desert Storm to the Global War on Terror. The squadron’s transition to the Osprey brought a new era of speed and range to the Blue Knights’ assault support mission, but the core mission remains the same: get Marines where they need to be, when they need to be there.
