Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 362 (VMM-362) “Ugly Angels” is a United States Marine Corps MV-22B Osprey squadron based at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California. This 2024 squadron sticker celebrates the Ugly Angels’ continued service as one of the Marine Corps’ premier tiltrotor units, assigned to Marine Aircraft Group 16 (MAG-16) and the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing.

Today, the Ugly Angels operate the revolutionary MV-22B Osprey tiltrotor aircraft, combining the vertical lift capability of a helicopter with the speed and range of a fixed-wing turboprop. VMM-362 conducts assault support, aerial delivery, and tactical recovery of aircraft and personnel across the full spectrum of Marine Corps operations.
