Officially Licensed USMC 23rd Marine Regiment Stickers — Four Medal of Honor Recipients and Counting
Because the 23rd Marines stormed beaches that changed history.
The 23rd Marine Regiment is a reserve infantry regiment headquartered in San Bruno, California, under the 4th Marine Division and Marine Forces Reserve. Activated in 1942, the 23rd Marines fought through some of the bloodiest campaigns in the Pacific Theater — Kwajalein, Saipan, Tinian, and Iwo Jima — earning two Presidential Unit Citations and producing four Medal of Honor recipients. Reactivated in 1966 as a reserve regiment, the 23rd Marines have continued to answer the call, with battalions deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan throughout the Global War on Terror. Today, the regiment’s twenty units are spread across eight states, maintaining the citizen-warrior tradition that has defined the Marine Corps Reserve since its founding.
Perfect For: 23rd Marines veterans from all eras, 4th Marine Division reservists, Marine Forces Reserve community members, and anyone who knows that reserve Marines fight just as hard as their active-duty counterparts.
Citizen warriors. Combat proven. 23rd Marines.
