Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 164 (VMM-164), the Knightriders, deployed as the aviation combat element of the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit during WESTPAC 21-1. Flying the MV-22B Osprey, the Knightriders provided assault transport, casualty evacuation, and aerial resupply capabilities across the Indo-Pacific theater.
