USS Bunker Hill CG-52 Patch — Ticonderoga-Class Guided-Missile Cruiser Embroidered Patch
Standing watch with AEGIS — USS Bunker Hill.
USS Bunker Hill (CG-52) is a Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser of the United States Navy, named after the famous Battle of Bunker Hill during the American Revolutionary War. Commissioned in 1986 and homeported in San Diego, California, Bunker Hill is one of the Navy’s premier surface combatants, equipped with the AEGIS Combat System that makes her one of the most capable warships afloat.
USS Bunker Hill’s AEGIS Combat System features the AN/SPY-1 phased array radar, capable of tracking hundreds of targets simultaneously while guiding missiles to intercept incoming threats. The ship carries a powerful mix of Standard Missiles for air defense, Tomahawk cruise missiles for land attack, and Harpoon anti-ship missiles, making her a multi-mission warship that can dominate in any threat environment. CG-52 has deployed extensively throughout the Western Pacific and Middle East, serving as a critical component of carrier strike groups and providing the air defense umbrella that protects the fleet. The ship’s crew of over 350 Sailors operates one of the most complex warfighting platforms in naval history.
This patch represents one of America’s most capable surface warships.
Perfect For: USS Bunker Hill CG-52 veterans, Ticonderoga-class cruiser collectors, AEGIS weapons system enthusiasts, and Navy surface warfare officers.
