Description
Officially Licensed USMC VMF-115 Joe’s Jokers Patch — From Corsairs to Silver Eagles Heritage
Joe’s Jokers of VMF-115 flew Corsairs in combat — a lineage that eventually became the Silver Eagles of VMFA-115.
Marine Fighter Squadron 115 (VMF-115), Joe’s Jokers, flew the F4U Corsair and later the F/A-18 Hornet through a lineage that connects to today’s VMFA-115 Silver Eagles at MCAS Beaufort, South Carolina. This embroidered patch honors the Joe’s Jokers identity from the earlier era. VMF-115 saw combat in some of the most intense aerial engagements of the Korean War and later conflicts, establishing the aggressive fighter attack tradition that VMFA-115 carries forward today. The Jokers’ name evoked the unpredictable, daring spirit of their combat flying.
Perfect For: VMF-115 Joe’s Jokers heritage enthusiasts, VMFA-115 Silver Eagles lineage fans, F4U Corsair and F/A-18 Hornet admirers, and USMC fighter heritage patch collectors.
