HMLA-269 Gunrunners 24th MEU Skid Det Flightline Qual Patches — Cobra and Huey Quals on the MEU

The Gunrunners’ skid det earned their flightline quals on the 24th MEU — maintaining Cobras and Venoms at sea.

Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 269 (HMLA-269), the Gunrunners, deployed a skid detachment with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit. These flightline qualification patches recognize the maintainers — CDIs, CDQs, and qualified plane captains — who kept AH-1Z Vipers and UH-1Y Venoms flying from amphibious ship flight decks.
